WHY EQUINE THERAPY?
Horses have therapeutic healing effects for people both physically and psychologically.
The body temperature and movement of a horse stimulates muscular healing to the legs, core and hips.
The human to horse interaction improves: self-esteem, self-confidence, empowerment, self-presence, feelings of freedom, independence, and competency.
